These terms cover your use of waltonandjohnson.com (the "Site"), the official website of The Walton & Johnson Show, operated by Walton and Johnson LLC ("we" or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

USING THE SITE

The Site is here to tell you about the show: where to listen, how to get the app, upcoming events and where to find our merch. You can browse it free and without an account. Please do not misuse it. That means no hacking, no attempts to break or overload it, no malicious code and nothing illegal.

CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The text, photos, logos, graphics and other content on the Site, including the show's names and logos, are owned by Walton and Johnson LLC or used with permission. You are welcome to view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our names or logos, without our written permission. Event flyers and other companies' logos belong to their owners.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS, MERCH AND TICKETS

The Site links to sites we do not run, including the app stores, ticket sellers, YouTube, podcast platforms, social media and our merch store, 4libertyshop.com (which ilovewj.com points to). Merch orders, payments, shipping, returns and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms. Event tickets are sold by the venue or ticket seller under their terms, so questions about a purchase should go to that seller. We are not responsible for other sites' content, products or policies.

NO WARRANTIES

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Its content is for entertainment and general information. Show times, station listings and event details can change, so check with the station, venue or ticket seller before you go. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, accurate or error free.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, Walton and Johnson LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any other loss, arising from your use of the Site or of any site it links to.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
